SYMPTOMS
You may experience any of the following behaviors:
- Microsoft Pocket Word cannot print two large files to a network printer at the same time.
- Microsoft Pocket Excel cannot print two large files to a network printer at the same time.
CAUSE
The Multimedia Graphics Device Interface (MGDI) supports only a single print job at a time.
RESOLUTION
Wait for the first print job to finish before starting another print job.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Pocket Word and Pocket Excel.
