Error Message When Opening a Whiteboard File

SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to open a saved Whiteboard (.wht) file by double clicking the file in the folder in which it was saved while NetMeeting is running, and you do not currently have the Whiteboard running, you may receive the following error message:
Cannot find the file drive:\folder name\file name.wht (or one of its
components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that
all required libraries are available.
CAUSE
This problem can occur if you attempt to open a saved Whiteboard file during a NetMeeting conference.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, upgrade to the most current version of NetMeeting from the following Microsoft Web site:
To work around this problem, click
OK when you receive the error message to open the Whiteboard file, or open the Whiteboard file in NetMeeting before you start a conference.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
