When you open an internal Web after a proxy server has been specified, you may receive the following error message:
Could not find a web server at <web name> on port 80. Please check to make sure that the web server name is valid and your proxy settings are set correctly. If you are sure everything is correct, the web server may be temporarily out of service.
When you use a proxy server, the ability to access internal host names is unavailable, unless one of the following conditions is true:

1. Open FrontPage.
2. On the Tools menu, click Options.
3. On the General tab, click the dial up connection you want to use. Click
Settings.4. In the Proxy Server Section, click Advanced.
5. In the "Do not use proxy server for addresses beginning with:" list, make
sure all internal host names that you want to be accessed inside the proxy are listed. NOTE: When you specify multiple host names to be used without a proxy, use semicolons (;) to separate the names as in the following example: hostname1;hostname2

4. In the Proxy Server Section, click Advanced.
