SYMPTOMS
When you use the
Use the Return Address option on the
Labels tab on the
Envelopes and Labels command, the following error message may appear:
The application "Microsoft Word" has unexpectedly quit, because an error of type 1 occurred. You should save your work in other open applications and restart the computer.
NOTE: The wording of this error message may vary, or Word may stop responding (hang) without generating an error message at all.
RESOLUTION
To avoid this problem, do not select the Use Return Address check box.
