SUMMARY
For programs to function properly in Microsoft Windows NT Server, Terminal Server Edition, you must install them in Control Panel, using the Add/Remove Programs wizard. However, there are components (in Microsoft Exchange Server, for example) that you cannot install using this method.
After you click OK, the following error message is displayed: You must put Terminal Server in installation mode. At a command prompt, type: change user /installThen install the component (the Internet Mail Service, in this case). After you install the component, be sure to put the Terminal Server back in execute mode.
