SYMPTOMS
When you try to drag an Outlook Express message to a Word document, the message may not be pasted into the Word document.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, use either of the following methods:
Method 1
- Drag the message to the desktop.
- Drag the message to the Word document.
Method 2
- Open the message, press CTRL+A, press CTRL+C.
- While the message is still open, click the Word document you want to paste your text in to, and then press CTRL+V.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
