INFO: Length of STRINGTABLE Resources

SUMMARY
To find the length of a string in the STRINGTABLE you need to do a
FindResource() and then a SizeofResource() to find the total size in bytes
of the current block of 16 strings. Remember that STRINGTABLEs are stored
specially; to FindResource() you will ask for RT_STRING as the Type, and
the (string number / 16) + 1 as the name.
