error message:
Sorry, file can't be found.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the root directory of the hard disk on which
Windows NT is installed does not contain a Temp folder.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, create a new Temp folder in the root directory of
the hard disk on which Windows NT is installed. To do this, follow these
steps:
- Double-click the My Computer icon on the desktop.
- Double-click the hard disk on which Windows NT is installed.
- On the File menu, point to New, and then click Folder.
- Type Temp, and then press ENTER.
MORE INFORMATION
The Temp folder is used to store temporary files that are created when
you install programs, as well as when you create or modify documents.
