This article describes the Contact record fields used only for internal processing in Microsoft Outlook. You cannot export these fields to other systems and you cannot import them from other sources.

Field marked with a tilde (~) contain the fields for the specific parts of the address. Use the specific fields for import and exporting. For example, Outlook uses Business Address to build an internal reference based on the following entries: Business Address Street, Business Address PO Box, Business Address State, Business Address City, Business Address State and Business Address Postal Code.
