OL98: Subject Line Prefix Stripped from Reply Message

SYMPTOMS
When replying to a message, Microsoft Outlook may strip prefixes followed
by a colon out of the Subject line.
RESOLUTION
To prevent Outlook from stripping the prefix from the Subject line, edit
the message; remove the colon after the prefix, and then click Reply.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products
listed at the beginning of this article.
