FP2000: Imported Word Data Does Not Retain Bullets

SYMPTOMS
When you insert or open a Microsoft Word file that contains bulleted
or numbered paragraphs, the bullet points or numbers may be lost when
the document is converted to Rich Text Format (RTF).
CAUSE
This data is dropped by the Microsoft Word to RTF text converters that
are shipped with Microsoft FrontPage 2000 and Microsoft Office 2000.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, use method appropriate for your situation.
Method 1: If you do not have Word
With your page open in Page view, select the imported list and reapply the
bullets or numbering by clicking Bullets And Numbering on the Format menu.
Method 2: If you have Word
In Word, save the file as Rich Text Format, close the file, and then
import it into FrontPage.
