Conversion of dates for use with OnEBill System

(General information.)

The ConvertDate.exe utility is comprised of two components. 1. The GUI front end, a VB 6.0 form based executable that has three controls. A date picker, a time text box and a long date number text box. To use this utility, simply select the date that you are trying to convert, use the time picker to set the time to the appropriate time of day. (This supports 24 hr. time as well as AM/PM times). Next you will see the Long date text box updated with the value for the date. There is an option on the file menu which allows you open a file and then convert its contents from date numbers into long dates like MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS from a 9999999999 type date value.

In the future, the utility will support converting from a long char date like MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS to a long date number like 9999999999. This is not in there right now.
