SYMPTOMS
You are unable to delete birthday and anniversary information from a
contact using the Microsoft Outlook Web Access client.
WORKAROUND
Delete these items using the standard Outlook client.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Outlook WebAccess.
