SYMPTOMS
Customization made to a message form in Microsoft Outlook 98, may not be
viewable by the recipient.
CAUSE
Outlook forms may consist of two pages, a "Compose" page and a "Read" page.
Changes made to the Compose page (available when opening the form
for customization) are viewable only when the sender opens the form to
compose the message. Changes to the Compose page are not viewable by the
recipient who opens the message to read it.
RESOLUTION
Make changes on the Read page of the form for the recipient to view.
