PI99: Vertical Guide Relocated Upon Reopening Saved Image

SYMPTOMS
When you reopen an image containing a vertical guide, the guide is
relocated to the images left margin instead of its location prior to
saving.
WORKAROUND
At this time the only workarounds are to reset the vertical guide to its
location on the image each time it is reopened, or add a horizontal guide
to the composition.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem with the Microsoft products
listed at the beginning of this article.
