SYMPTOMS
When you use the -tu parameter with the External program(External.exe) and
the value is greater than 120 minutes, the Break Relative parameter that is
produced does not equate to the original minutes set.
RESOLUTION
A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft,
but has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to
systems experiencing this specific problem.

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Mail for PC
