How to Resend a Fax That Was Sent Via a Fax Printer

1. In Control Panel, click Fax Server.
2. Click the Send tab.
3. Check Archive Outgoing Faxes In (set to a folder of your choice).
   
   When a fax is sent by using the fax printer, a .tif file of the fax is stored in the specified folder.
4. To resend the fax, select the appropriate .tif file and double-click it.
5. On the Edit menu, click Copy Page.
6. Paste into either Microsoft Word or WordPad and print to the fax printer.

NOTE: Faxes are stored as .tif files with a hex number for a name; the only way to find the fax would be by date and time stamp on the .tif file.
