SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to use the WINSCL tool to perform maintenance on a WINS
database, you may receive an access violation error and generate a Dr.
Watson log when using the CR (Count Records) or SDB (Search Database)
parameters.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the
