DOW, DAY MMM YYYY HH:MM:SS +/-NNNNwhere NNNN = number of hours and minutes from GMT. As a result, the Microsoft Exchange Internet Mail Service ignored this offset and displayed the SENT date/time as if no time zone information had been sent.
