OL97: How to Convert TalkWorks Address Book to Outlook Contacts

TalkWorks uses an address file with an extension of .wfb. To convert this file to Outlook contacts, you can use WinFax Pro to export the .wfb file to a .dbf file and then import the .dbf file into Outlook.

For information on exporting the file from WinFax Pro, please see your WinFax Pro Help file or documentation.

To Import the .dbf File into Outlook

1. On the File menu, click Import and Export.
2. Click to select "Import from Schedule+ or another program or file" and click Next.
3. Click to select dBase and click Next.
4. Browse to the .dbf file exported from WinFax Pro and click Next.
5. Click to select the Contacts folder and click Next.
6. Click Finish.
