SYMPTOMS
If you record a wave audio (.wav) file on a Palm-size PC (P/PC), you may
be unable to play the file on a desktop computer.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the Mobile Voice CODEC is not installed on the
desktop computer.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, install the latest version of ActiveSync 3.1
on the desktop computer. ActiveSync version 3.1 is available from
the following Microsoft Web site:
