SUMMARY

This article lists some of the known issues using Mobile Channels on a Palm-size PC (P/PC).

MORE INFORMATION

  • You need to subscribe to Mobile Channels on the desktop computer using Microsoft Internet Explorer before you subscribe to Mobile Channels on your P/PC.
  • When you download graphics or audio files, you may use most of the available memory on the P/PC.
  • If you have a small amount of storage memory available on the P/PC, Mobile Channels may not download all the content on the channel.
  • If you use the No Content channel option, no content is downloaded when you synchronize the channel.
  • If you have a low amount of program or storage memory available, the Mobile Channel bar may not be displayed on the screen.
  • If a Mobile Channel's title is not coded properly, the content may be downloaded each time you view the Mobile Channel's home page.
  • When you view a Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) file in Mobile Channels, you may see some underlined text followed by an extra underlined space.
