OL98: Moved Folder Becomes a Sub-Folder of Destination

SYMPTOMS
When trying to move the contents of a folder with the Move Folder command,
the entire folder moves and becomes a sub-folder of the destination.
You will receive similar results with the Copy Folder command.
CAUSE
This is by design. The Move or Copy Folder commands will move the folder,
folder views, and settings as well as the folder contents.
