BUG: ZOOM WINDOW MIN Does Not Minimize User-Defined Window

SYMPTOMS
A user-defined window cannot be minimized after it has been defined unless
it is active.
RESOLUTION
The resolution is to assign the "name" property to the window and set the
windowstate property of the window to "1" prior to activating the window.
The code for the resolution is below. Remove the ampersands (&&) to view
the correct behavior.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft products listed
at the beginning of this article.
