SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to use Internet Explorer to print a Web page that
contains check boxes or option buttons (also known as radio buttons), the
check boxes or option buttons may not be printed.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, contact your printer's manufacturer to inquire
about the availability of an updated printer driver.
To work around this behavior, disable Enhanced Metafile (EMF) spooling by
following these steps:
NOTE: Some printer drivers do not provide the ability to disable EMF
spooling.
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
- Right-click the printer you want, and then click Properties.
- On the Details tab, click Spool Settings.
- In the Spool Data Format box, click RAW.
- Click OK, and then click OK again.
