XL98: Up/Down Arrow Keys Do Not Work in the Internet Assistant

SYMPTOMS

In the Internet Assistant Wizard, when you use the UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW keys to select an option button, the option button is not selected.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, use the mouse to click the option button or use the keyboard shortcut to select the option button.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.

For more information about the Internet Assistant Wizard, click Contents And Index on the Help menu (or on the Balloon Help menu if you are using a version of the Macintosh operating system earlier than 8.0), click the Index button in Microsoft Excel 98 Macintosh Edition Help, type the following text
