PRB: "Cannot Open File" Message Building FoxPro 2.6 Project

SYMPTOMS

When building or rebuilding a FoxPro for Windows 2.6 project, the following message appears and the project cannot be built:

   Cannot Open File.

CAUSE

Including a 32-bit .fll file in the project.

Steps to Reproduce Behavior

1. Copy the Foxtools.fll file, distributed with Visual FoxPro, to a clean

   directory.

2. Open FoxPro for Windows 2.x and set the default directory to the

   directory containing a copy of the 32-bit Foxtools.fll file.

3. Create a program called Test.prg with the following code:

      SET LIBRARY TO FOXTOOLS.FLL.

4. Create a project called TEST and add the Test.prg file.

5. Click the project's Build button and build either a project,

   application, or executable.

   Error number (1101) a "Cannot Open File" message appears and the build
   operation halts.
