Missing Files on Endpoints with Transactions Enabled

SYMPTOMS
Transacted replications may have files deleted during the replication
process. The Windows NT Event log will report the following:
15119 Failed to move file %1 to %2
(where %1 is the path to the temporary file in the CRSTemp directory on the
destination drive, and %2 is the file path of the destination file).
CAUSE
This problem can occur when administrative commands are executed against a
project while an unrelated project replication is running.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, apply the latest Site Server 3.0 service pack.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Site Server version 3.0.
This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. service pack for
Microsoft Site Server version 3.0. For Information on obtaining the service
