SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Outlook 98, when you change the font settings for Composing,
Reading, Replying, and Forwarding e-mail, it does not apply when you use
Microsoft Word 97 as your default mail format.
CAUSE
The font characteristics changes for Composing, Reading, Replying, and
Forwarding e-mail only apply to Plain Text, HTML, and Microsoft Outlook
Rich Text messages.
RESOLUTION
With Microsoft Word selected as your default e-mail editor, open a new
message and change the default font.
