SYMPTOMS

When you close the Kurzweil Voice 2 program, you may receive the following error messages:
  • KVTRCKER: Could not Free the DLL 'KVTRCK95'
  • KVSNDKEY: Could not Free the DLL 'KVSNDKEY'

Please contact Kurzweil Applied Intelligence for information about this problem and a possible solution.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this behavior is not caused by a problem in Windows 98, but may be caused by design changes in Windows 98. For more information about resolving this issue, contact the program's manufacturer.
