SYMPTOMS
During a system shutdown, Windows NT may display a blue screen with the following STOP error message:
STOP: 0x0000000A
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Srv.sys
The parameters are unknown.
CAUSE
One cause of this problem is that Srvsvc.dll may unload the Srv.sys driver
before it can finish all of the worker threads completely.
RESOLUTION
