SYMPTOMS
The File and Print Services for NetWare (FPNW) service Logout.exe program
may report the year incorrectly for files created on or after January 1,
2000.
RESOLUTION
Windows NT 4.0

A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft,

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Windows NT 4.0 and Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. This problem was first corrected in Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4.0 and Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition Service Pack 4.Windows NT 3.51
