SYMPTOMS
If you click OK when you fill out the optional information field to
describe what you were doing at the time a log file was generated in order
to send a report to a support technician, the log file may not be saved.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, click Save or Save As on the File menu instead of
clicking OK to create a log file.
