Does the issue directly involve any of the following: Exchange Server SDK, Collaboration Data Objects (CDO 1.x specifically), Collaboration Data Objects for NTS (CDONTS), Collaboration Data Objects for Windows 2000 (CDOSYS), Collaboration Data Objects for Exchange 2000 (CDOEX), Outlook Object Model, Simple Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI), Common Messaging Calls (CMC), Directory API (DAPI), Mail API's in Windows CE?

If you answered "no" to question 1, then you are very likely not dealing with a Developer Support Messaging issue.
