SUMMARY
The process for adding the Visual Basic help file for Microsoft Outlook 98
differs from the process used in Outlook `97. In Outlook 98, the Visual
Basic help files can be installed by using Add/Remove Programs to add the
Development Tools component. This installs the help file, along with the
Visual Basic Script Debugger.
