OL98: Error Adding Item to Junk E-mail List

The Junk E-mail feature of Outlook gives you the ability to filter out or delete messages based on criteria you specify.

If you receive a mail message with a blank From field, you will receive an error when trying to add it to the Junk E-mail list.

To enable the features of the Junk E-mail list, follow these steps:

1. On the Tools menu, click Organize, and then click Junk E-mail.
2. Set the options for handling Junk E-mail and click Turn On. You can change the font color of the message or move the message to a different folder.

To add a message to the Junk E-mail list, follow these steps:

1. Click to select the message.
2. On the Actions menu, point to Junk E-mail and then click "Add to Junk Senders list" or "Add to Adult Content Senders List."
