OL98: (CW) Messages Marked Private Not Visible in Secondary

NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the
Corporate Workgroup/Other option. This option allows you to use Messaging
Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your
installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About
Microsoft Outlook you should see "Corporate" if you have the Corporate
Workgroup installation.
SYMPTOMS
E-mail messages that you mark as Private are not visible in the Inbox of
a secondary mailbox, although the unread message counter for the Inbox
indicates that you have new, unread mail.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, choose one of the following methods.
Method 1
Do not mark any messages that you need to send to a shared mailbox with the
Private sensitivity.
Method 2
Create a separate profile that uses only the second mailbox.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Outlook 98.
