Cancel and Recreate the Meeting

To cancel the meeting and then recreate the meeting without inviting any of the previous attendees you don't want to attend the meeting, use the

1. In Outlook, click Calendar.
2. Click the meeting you organized.
3. On the File menu, point to Open and click Selected Items.
4. On the Actions menu, click Cancel Meeting.
5. Use the Meeting Planner to recreate the meeting the same way you created the original meeting, however, this time invite only those you want to attend.

The sample code deletes a meeting for January 1, 1997 at 9:00 AM from the calendar of a user named johndoe.
