OL98: (CW) Permission Tab and Summary Tab Missing

SYMPTOMS
Permission and Summary tabs are missing on sub-folders created
under public folders.
CAUSE
The Microsoft Exchange add-in, Emsuix2.ecf was removed or otherwise not
installed or active.
Another cause may be that Mail delivery is set to Personal Folders rather than Exchange Mailbox.
RESOLUTION
Install the Emsuix2.ecf Extension
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- On the Other tab, click Advanced Options.
- In the Advanced Options dialog box, click Add-In Manager.
- Click Install, and click to select Emsuix2.ecf. Click Open, then
OK, OK, and OK to close all dialog boxes.
Activate the Extension
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- On the Other tab, click Advanced Options.
- In the Advanced Options dialog box, click Add-In Manager.
- Click to select the Exchange Extensions Property Pages check box.
- Click OK three times to close all dialog boxes.
