SYMPTOMS

(HP) DeskJet 850 or 870 printer with version 9.2 driver, you may
experience any of the following symptoms:
- The printed characters may overlap.
- Your printer may stop printing and display the message, "Can not
communicate with LPT1."
- You may receive the message, "Data required by the printer driver
cannot be found or has been corrupted. Restart Windows and try printing
again."
Following any messages printing may resume; however, the characters print
on top of each other.
