PUB98: Can't Paste Text Selection as a Picture

SYMPTOMS
If you select some text within a text frame, click Copy on the Edit menu,
click away from the text frame, and click Paste Special on the Edit menu, the
option to paste the text as a picture is not available.
RESOLUTION
If you want to paste text as a picture, follow these steps:
- Create a text frame.
- Click anywhere on the page other than the text frame. Click the text frame
to reselect it. Do not drag over any of the text in the frame.
- On the Edit menu, click Copy Text Frame or Cut Text Frame.
- On the Edit menu, click Paste Special.
- In the list of available data types, click Picture.
