You can find copyright information about Microsoft Publisher clip art on the Design Gallery Live Web site by following these steps:

1. Start your Web browser and connect to the Internet.
2. Start Microsoft Publisher 98 and create a new publication.
3. On the Insert menu, point to Picture, and then click Clip Art.
4. In the Clip Gallery dialog box, click Clips Online.
5. On the Design Gallery Live Web site, click License on the toolbar.
   
   The End User License Agreement (EULA) section of the Clip Gallery Live Web site contains detailed information about how you can and cannot use the additional clip art you can get from that site.
