SYMPTOMS
When you open an item in a read-only public folder, make a change, and then
save the item, you are prompted to save the item in the default folder for
that item type. At that point, the focus changes to the saved item but the
item's titlebar still displays "Read-Only," even though the item is not
read-only.
RESOLUTION
To remove the words "Read-Only" from the titlebar, close the item, and then
reopen the saved copy.
