OL98: How to Specify RTF for Specific E-mail Addresses

1. Click to select your Contacts folder in the Folder List.
2. Double-click the card heading to open the contact in a card view.
3. Double-click the e-mail address, or using the right mouse button, click the e-mail address, and then click Properties.
4. click to select the option, "Always send to this recipient in Microsoft Exchange rich-text format."
5. Click OK.
6. Click Save and then Close.

1. Click your Delivery Inbox on the Outlook Bar.
2. Click the Address Book button on the toolbar.
3. In the Address Book dialog box, under "Show Names from the," select Personal Address Book.
4. Double-click the e-mail address, or using the right mouse button, click the e-mail address, and then click Properties.
5. On the SMTP-Address Tab click to select the option, "Always send to this recipient in Microsoft Exchange rich-text format".
6. Click OK.
7. Click Save and then Close.
