SYMPTOMS
When you create an HTML title for a Web page document and then save, Close,
and re-open the document, the HTML Title is displayed in the document title
bar rather than the document file name.
To create an HTML Title in Word:
- On the File menu, click Properties.
- In the Title box, type the HTML Title.
- Click OK.
CAUSE
By design, if there is a <TITLE> tag in your HTML document, Word makeS
