SYMPTOMS
When you type the "help ping" command at a command prompt, you receive
the following error message:
This command is not supported by the help utility. Try "ping /?".
When you type the "ping /?" command at a command prompt, you receive the
following error message:
Bad IP address /?.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue and for additional information about the Packet
InterNet Groper (PING) utility included with Windows NT (Ping.exe),
click Start, click Help, click the Index tab, type ping
in the text box, and then double-click the Ping Utility
topic.
