SYMPTOMS
The Out of Office Assistant command on the Tools menu in Microsoft Outlook
97 is unavailable or appears dimmed.
CAUSE
The Out of Office Assistant is a Microsoft Exchange Server service. It is
only available when the Microsoft Exchange Server information service is
included in the Outlook user's profile.
