SYMPTOMS
A control that is bound to a data source control does not display any
data. The data source and the control are located in different frames.
CAUSE
Cross-frame databinding is not supported in Internet Explorer version 4.0.
RESOLUTION
Place the data source control in the same frame as those controls that use
it. A separate data source control must be used in each frame that contains
elements that bind to data.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
