Dilbert: Horizontal Lines Appear on Start Up Window

SYMPTOMS

When the start up screen for Dilbert's Desktop Games appears, horizontal lines may appear on-screen.

CAUSE

This problem can occur if you are using the Cirrus Logic 5436 PCI display driver.

RESOLUTION

Contact Cirrus Logic for a new or updated display driver.

To obtain Cirrus Logic drivers, either download them from the Cirrus Logic bulletin board service (BBS) at (510) 440-9080, or download them from the IBM Hardware forum on CompuServe. For more information, call Cirrus Logic at (510) 623- 8300.
