Illustration of the Problem

User A runs Schedule+ 1.x client with Microsoft Mail. User B runs Outlook client with either Microsoft Mail or Exchange server.

1. User A sends a meeting request to User B, scheduled for Friday from 3:00 to 4:00 P.M.
2. User A then decides to move the meeting to Friday from 2:00 to 3:00 P.M.
3. User B receives both meeting requests and accepts the second one, with the new time.
4. User B then deletes the first meeting request having already accepted the second request.

RESULTS: The original (first) meeting request is removed from User A's Calendar. Since Outlook is looking for the meeting based on its Appointment ID, it also finds the accepted (second) meeting request and deletes it.
